SB 303, 40th R.S.
Relating to providing that a person having peaceable and adverse possession of lands, tenements or hereditaments, the title to which has passed out of the State, using and enjoying the same under deed duly recorded constituting a regular chain of title shall have a good marketable title thereto by the Statutes of limitation.
