SB 80, 41st 2nd C.S.

Relating to authorizing the issuance of bonds by the Commissioners' Court of Panola County after same have been authorized by a majority vote of the qualified property tax paying voters of said county voting at an election called for the purpose, funding the Road and Bridge indebtedness of the County, incurred prior to the effective date of this Act, into bonds of Panola County, this law being a local road law for Panola County.
