Relating to providing that the Texas Prison Board shall have the power to insure the officers and employees of the Texas Prison System against liability to third persons arising from and out of the use and operation of automobiles, motor trucks and other motor vehicles used by the Texas Prison System for purposes legitimately connected with the operation of the Texas Prison System.
