SB 78, 43rd 2nd C.S.
Relating to authorizing each county, and the commissioners' court thereof, of the State of Texas, which has a population of more than 250,000 as shown by the last official Federal Census to acquire by purchase lands for use as county public parks; this Act shall expire and cease to be in force and effect after July 1, 1934, except any bonds and/or time warrants issued prior to said date and maturing thereafter shall remain valid and in full force and effect until paid.
