HB 52, 45th 1st C.S.
Relating to authorizing the Commissioners Court in each county in this State having a population of not less than forty-two thousand, one hundred and twenty-five (42,125), nor more than forty-two thousand one hundred and fifty (42,150), according to the last preceding Federal Census, to allow each County Commissioner certain expenses for traveling and in connection with the use of his automobile on official business in overseeing the construction work on public roads of the county.
