SB 6, 45th 2nd C.S.

Relating to legalizing, approving and validating bonds voted by any city having a population of not less than 1525 and not more than 1550 according to the last preceding Federal Census, and by any city having a population of not less than 4400 and not more than 4500 according to the last preceding Federal Census, for the purpose of park improvements in and for such city and for the levy of the tax in payment of such bonds.
