Relating to authorizing the Commissioners Court of any county having a population of not less than thirty-seven thousand, five hundred (37,500) and not more than thirty-eight thousand, six hundred (38,600) inhabitants according to the last preceding Federal census, to allow each County Commissioner the sum of Thirty-five Dollars ($35) per month for traveling expenses.
