SB 439, 46th R.S.

Relating to validating and approving all proceedings had by cities and towns in amending their corporate charters so as to eliminate any requirements in said charter that any portion of the annual ad valorem tax levied in said city or town shall be provided for or set apart for the use of the Public Free Schools in said city or town.
