Relating to amending the Revised Civil Statutes relative to pertaining to the powers and duties of Commissioners Courts by adding a provision authorizing the Commissioners Court to appropriate money not exceeding Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000), out of the General Fund, to lend to aid and assist in carrying out the purposes and provisions of an Act of Congress of the United States pertaining to the distribution of surplus agricultural commodities under the direction of the Department of Agriculture of the United States.
