HB 426, 48th R.S.
Relating to making it the duty of the County Superintendent to deduct from the salary of each teacher or other employee of common school districts or other school districts under his jurisdiction the so-called Federal Victory Tax and/or other taxes levied by the Federal Government upon salaries, such deductions to be made from the per capita apportioned moneys or from other funds available for payment of such salaries and to be placed in a common fund in the county depository, and to be forwarded to the proper Federal authorities when the tax or taxes are due.
