HB 438, 48th R.S.
Relating to validating, ratifying, confirming, and legalizing all proceedings had by cities and towns in the State of Texas having a population of not more than three thousand (3,000), according to the preceding Federal Census, in submitting to the qualified voters, during the year 1941, the question of issuing of revenue bonds to finance the construction of a sanitary sewer system, in spite of any irregularities in following the requirements of the laws governing the holding of such election and canvassing the returns thereof are concerned.
