HB 508, 50th R.S.

Relating to amending a previous Act, so as to define the words "refuse," "garbage," "rubbish," "junk" and "public highway"; and to make it the duty of the County or District Attorney in any county in which a violation of the provisions of this Act are threatened, to bring suit for injunction to prevent such violation; including a saving and repealing clause.
