SB 188, 50th R.S.

Relating to creating a State Board of Plumbing Examiners; providing for state control of the licensing of plumbers and plumbing inspectors; prohibiting the doing of plumbing work or acting as plumbing inspector without license issued under the Act and prescribing penalties for violations of the Act; repealing conflicting laws; providing that if any section or part of this Act shall be held unconstitutional or invalid such invalidity shall not affect the remaining portions of the Act.
