SB 270, 50th R.S.
Relating to creating a more efficient road system for Limestone County, Texas, for the maintenance of public roads and highways other than designated state highways located in Limestone County, Texas; providing that it shall be unlawful to create obligations or issue warrants against such fund unless there are cash balances available to pay such obligation or warrant, and prescribing the penalty for violation; making this Act cumulative with all other General Laws on the subject; providing that the provisions of this Act shall be in effect in the case of conflict with General Laws; providing that if any portion of this Act shall be held unconstitutional, such holding shall not affect the other portions thereof; repealing all laws or parts of laws in conflict herewith.
