Relating to amending certain Acts so as to authorize the Board of Directors of Texas Technological College at Lubbock, Texas, to select and convey to the City of Lubbock, Texas, a municipal corporation of Lubbock County, Texas, a tract of land not exceeding 7.5 acres upon the campus of said College for the purpose of erecting an auditorium-coliseum building at the expense of the City of Lubbock.
