SB 71, 53rd R.S.

Relating to amending Statutes pertaining to the compensation paid county judges acting as ex-officio county superintendents so that the compensation paid to the county judges acting as ex-officio county superintendents shall be received and retained by the county judges, in addition to all other compensation provided by law; providing that this Act shall become operative on the first day of the month immediately succeeding its effective date.
