Relating to creating a conservation and reclamation district to be known as "Reagan County Water Supply District"; conferring upon the district the powers of the general laws governing water control and improvement districts where not in conflict with this Act; providing that the district shall not be empowered to exercise the power of eminent domain outside the boundaries of the District except for certain purposes.
