Relating to diminishing the Civil and Criminal Jurisdiction of the County Court of Callahan county, Texas; to conform the jurisdiction of the District Court of such county to such change; to preserve the jurisdiction of the County Court of Callahan County, Texas over certain final judgments rendered prior to the effective date of this Act; providing the duties of the County Clerk and District Clerk in relation to the change in jurisdiction.
