HB 152, 54th R.S.
Relating to providing procedure for summary sale by enforcement and foreclosure of tax liens on real property by the State, county, cities, terms, districts and all other sub-divisions of government with taxing power, of such real property is unrendered and the taxes delinquent for seven (7) successive years or more, and is not the homestead of the owner, and the fair market value of same does not exceed five hundred ($500.00) dollars, eliminating the necessity of foreclosure of tax liens by suits in courts as to such real property.
