Relating to amending certain Acts to authorize trial judges and the Board of Pardons and Paroles to permit persons convicted for the first or second time of Driving while Intoxicated, to drive for the purpose of earning a livelihood during the period of automatic suspension of driver's license; providing for revocation of such permission.
