Relating to authorizing and directing the execution and delivery by the State Highway Commission of the State of Texas, acting by the Chairman thereof, of a proper instrument to the grantors in certain conveyances, their heirs or assigns, where the grantors conveyed land to the State of Texas, for the benefit of the State Highway Commission of the State of Texas, for rights of way and erroneously included the minerals; providing approval by the Attorney General.
