Relating to authorizing and directing the Board for Texas State Hospitals and Special Schools to set apart surplus real property owned by the various State Hospitals and Special Schools; providing the Board for Lease of State Hospitals and Special School Lands shall take action upon advice of the Board for Texas State Hospitals and Special Schools and perform duties hereinafter indicated.
