HB 205, 52nd R.S.
Relating to amending certain statutes so as to authorize guardians of the estates of minors, persons of unsound mind, and other persons, appointed under the laws of this State, to make, enter into and execute oil and gas leases and oil, gas and mineral leases upon lands belonging to the estates of their wards; providing that leases may include provisions authorizing the lessee to pool or unitize the oil, gas and gas rights in the lands of their wards with similar rights in the lands of their wards with similar rights in other lands.
