HB 249, 52nd R.S.
Relating to authorizing the Trustees of any Independent School District created for public school purposes under any local or special law to order and give notice of any trustee, bond, tax or other election held in such district in the manner and time and containing the information required by the general laws of this state governing the holding of such election by Independent School Districts operating under such general laws, or as prescribed by any applicable local or special law; providing that either method shall be sufficient.
