Relating to providing for the annexation by cities of territory within one or more levee improvement districts; providing for the assumption of bonded indebtedness or the financial obligations of such district or districts; authorizing such cities and districts to enter into contracts respecting the assumption of rights, duties, obligations, debts and liabilities of such district.
