Relating to amending the Dallas County Road Law; providing for erection of County Planning Board outside of incorporated cities or towns of Dallas County for the purpose of regulating county planning, platting, subdivisions and matters pertaining to public health; providing regulatory measures and methods of creating such a County Planning Board; providing the remedy of temporary restraining order and injunction in cases of violation of such regulatory provisions.
