Relating to amending the occupation tax rate on sulphur produced within the State of Texas from One Dollar and Twenty-seven and Two Tenths Cents ($1.272) per long ton, or fraction thereof, to One Dollar and Fifty Cents ($1.50) per long ton, or fraction thereof; providing a saving clause; repealing all laws or parts of laws in conflict with this Act to the extent of such conflict only.
