HB 185, 51st R.S.
Relating to providing that any county in Texas having an elective County Superintendent of Public Instruction may be an election authorize the County School Trustees of the county to appoint the County Superintendent of Public Instruction; providing that this Act shall not deprive any person of any term or part of term which he has been duly elected; repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act.
