Relating to making appropriation for an increase in, and supplementing, the amounts of money set out and appropriated for the Judiciary of the State of Texas for traveling expenses, beginning with the effective date of this Act and ending on August 31, 1949, so as to limit the traveling expenses of the Judiciary for meals and lodging at Seven Dollars ($7.00) per day.
