SB 158, 51st R.S.
Relating to amending a previous Act, provide for the selection of Judges of the Corporation Courts in cities heretofore or hereafter Incorporated under or adopting or amending their charters under Article II, Section 5, of the Constitution of the State of Texas, in the manner specified in the Charters of such cities; repealing all laws or parts of laws in conflict herewith.
