Relating to make permanent the 133rd and 129th District Courts of Harris County, Texas, and making same cumulative of the provisions of Chapter 308, Acts of the Regular Session of the 50th Legislature, 1947, page 525, except insofar as the provision therein for the termination of said Courts is concerned, which provision is repealed.
