Relating to amending a previous Act, concerning the salaries of elective County Superintendents and assistants in counties having a population of more than 100,000; providing a saving clause; repealing all General Laws in conflict herewith except such General Laws as provide for a part of the general office expense to be paid out of the general revenue of the county.
