Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the State of Texas fixing the salaries of certain constitutional officers by amending Section 23 of Article 4, as amended, of the Constitution of the State of Texas fixing the salary of the Comptroller, Treasurer and Commissioner of the General Land Office at Ten Thousand ($10,000.00) Dollars per annum; providing for its submission to the voters of the State of Texas as required by the Constitution, and making an appropriation therefor.
