Relating to the "Watermelon Standardization and Inspection Act" to be effective during the Texas Watermelon Marketing Season as defined in the Act; providing for the standardization of watermelons by means of compulsory inspection, grading, classification, and marking thereof under the authority of the Commissioner of Agriculture of the State of Texas; providing penalties for violation of this Act; making certain exclusions; making this Act cumulative of all laws now on the Statues of the State of Texas; repealing all Statues or parts of Statues directly in conflict herewith.
