Relating to providing additional procedure by which evidence may be taken in suits brought by the Attorney General or by the district or county attorney acting under his direction, to enforce the laws of this State against trusts, monopolies and conspiracies in restraint of trade, or suits to enforce laws regulating and controlling corporations.
