Relating to authorizing the incorporation of casualty insurance companies and other kinds of insurance companies except life, fire and marine insurance companies, and to regulating their organization and their method of doing business in this State; prescribing the powers and duties of the Commissioner of Insurance and Banking with reference to such companies; providing penalties for the violation of this Act.
