SB 63, 33rd R.S.

Relating to establishing charbon districts; providing that persons residing therein shall report all animals suffering with charbon, or supposed to have such diseases, to the county health officer, who shall report the same to the State Board of Health and providing for practicing physicians to report all persons with said disease.
