Relating to creating the Pflugerville Independent School District in Travis and Williamson counties, Texas, consolidating into said Independent School Districts the territory included in the present Pflugerville Independent School District, Common School District No. 56, Common School District No. 12, Williamson and Travis County Line School District No. 14, and Common School District No. 15.
