Relating to creating the Asherton Independent School District in Dimmit County, Texas; defining its boundaries; providing for a board of trustees in said district; conferring upon said district and its board of trustees all the rights and powers, privileges, duties and liabilities now conferred and imposed by the general laws of Texas upon independent school district and the board of trustees thereof.
