HB 514, 49th R.S.
Relating to authorizing cities and towns having a population of not less than ten thousand (10,000) inhabitants, within counties of this State having a population of not less than three hundred thousand (300,000) inhabitants, according to the last preceding Federal Census, to annex and attach land and territory not in any town or city and within one (1) mile of the limits of such cities and towns for zoning purposes only; suspending the constitutional rules, and making this Act effective immediately.
