Relating to promoting equality of bargaining power between employer and employee; declaring a public policy with respect to collective bargaining in the prevention of strikes; establishing an Industrial Labor Commission; prohibiting any person from interfering with the Commission in its duties and providing a penalty for the violation of this Act.
