Relating to authorizing the Commissioners' Court in certain counties with a certain population to allow each County Commissioner certain expenses for traveling in connection with the use of his automobile on official business; requiring each such Commissioner, to pay the expenses of operation and repair of such automobile so used by him, without further expenses to the County.
