Relating to amending a certain Statute to provide for the election of two Justices of the Peace in Justice Precincts containing a city of eight thousand (8,000) inhabitants or more, upon petition of five hundred (500) qualified voters residing within such precinct to the Commissioners' Court of the County in which such precinct is located.
