HB 184, 33rd R.S.
Relating to allowing attachments by indorsed levy on the property of un-incorporated non-resident defendants doing business in this state where the suit is based on tort, negligence, breach of contract or other cause of action ex delicto upon affidavit of non-incorporated and non-resident and without giving bond, so as to compel defendant to answer.
