HB 238, 33rd R.S.
Relating to prescribing the rule of evidence in all cases of forgery, providing that is all cases of forgery the state shall proved said instrument substantially as alleged in the indictment, and relieving the state of the necessity of proving said instrument literally and exactly as alleged.
