Relating to regulating the mode in which and the conditions on which judgments of the Courts of Civil Appeals may be brought before the Supreme Court for revision, granting additional powers to the chief justice and associate justices of the Supreme Court and of the Courts of Civil Appeals; providing for compensation of certain justices of the Courts of Civil Appeals while acting as herein provided.
