HB 154, 35th 4th C.S.
Relating to authorizing the Commissioners Courts to permit the owners of lands not situated in incorporated towns, villages or cities to cancel or annul subdivisions by declaration to that effect, in writing, to be recorded in the deed records of such counties, and to authorize such Commissioners Courts to assess said lands upon an acreage basis and to accept the payment of taxes, if delinquent, upon assessments as now provided by law.
