HB 163, 36th R.S.
Relating to amending certain articles providing the commissions allowed executors and administrators of the estates of deceased persons shall not exceed ten percent of the net value of the estate; provided that when ten percent of the net estate is not a reasonable compensation the county judge shall allow compensation.
