HB 390, 36th R.S.
Relating to giving to the owners of land heretofore sold by the State with reservation of minerals, and to the owners of land heretofore owned by railroad corporations or other corporations and sold by such corporations with reservation of minerals, and which minerals have become forfeited or subject to escheat by reason of the failure of such corporations to alienate the same within the period fixed by law, right to secure from the state the rights to the minerals in such land.
