HB 503, 36th R.S.
Relating to authorizing cities of over fifty thousand inhabitants to amend their charters by a majority vote on the qualified voters of said city, so as to extend their corporate limits to include adjoining and contiguous territory under certain circumstances; providing for the assumption of the outstanding liabilities against the territory annexed; providing now any special funds on hand of such annexed city or town shall be applied; providing for the collection of all claims, debts and taxes due to said annexed territory.
